Nila Rubia products are made with great care by our skilled artisans, so we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. Although we make every effort to ensure that descriptions and pictures of our goods are as accurate as possible, the unique, hand crafted nature of our designs means there may be slight variations in colour or size.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, or just change your mind, here is what you do: -
You can return our products to us within 14 days of placing your order for an exchange or refund .
If the items purchased are in the sale or discounted pieces over the value of £59 which includes free shipping, we will deduct the cost of the original postage before refunding the amount.
Unfortunately, clearance / sale / discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
You will receive a full refund providing the item(s) purchased are returned undamaged, unused and in the original secure packaging. We reserve the right to assess whether goods returned are in the same, perfect condition they were sold and delivered in.

We do advise you to return the item with proof of postage or a signature as we cannot process a refund without receiving the item.
Faulty products: In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product you have the right to return it to us within a reasonable period of time.
Please note that if, after inspection, it is found that the product supplied by us is not faulty or defective or that any fault was caused by your error, then we reserve the right to re-charge you for the original order (if you have previously been refunded).
Products sent to you in error: Please contact us straightaway to arrange return and replacement. Please make the original product available for collection by us in its original packaging, undamaged and unused within  days of notifying us of the mistake. If you fail to do so then we reserve the right to charge you for that product on your original payment card.
